CSS-Controlled Layout

This site uses CSS to control layout and presentation. This makes it easier for screen readers and other assistive technologies to parse these documents while maintaining an appropriate read order. It also allows users greater control over the presentation of information. Structural markup such as headings are used consistently throughout the site. This allows users to navigate documents more quickly and efficiently. Tables are not used for layout purposes, but strictly for presentation of tabular data.
