Use of Materials on COTS Site

COTS maintains web sites for the distribution of Salvadoran coffee sold to benefit Children of the Street (COTS), a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the suffering of innocent children in El Salvador. The trademarks, service marks, brand identities, titles, characters, trade names, graphics, designs, copyrights and other properties appearing within COTS web site are protected intellectual properties used by COTS. These properties may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may, for personal and non-commercial use only, download one copy onto your personal computer. In order to protect these valuable assets, COTS must prohibit other uses without its prior written consent. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any copyright or other intellectual property right.

The COTS website was created to benefit COTS, a non-profit that relies on volunteers for the production of its content. We have very high standards in the creation of our content, such as brand identities, titles, characters, trade names, graphics, designs, and all other property appearing within COTS web site. We depend on many volunteers to help us develop our web presence and it is difficult for us to have tight control of the published content. If at any point in time you find any material that you believe has been copied from another website, please notify info@giveafuture.org. COTS will remove this material from the website.
